The Newest Building in Mackay has opened it's doors!  The Grand Opening of the North Jacklin Volkswagen Showroom was held on the 11th November and what a night it was! The People of Mackay have watched the building rise since January, but few would know that this project has been 4 years in the making.  Through many discussions with the manufacturer, Dealer Principal John Nash invested in bringing the franchise to Mackay. The prominent Architecture of the Showroom now graces our local skyline along the North side of Mackay's Pioneer River. Attending the showroom opening were Volkswagen customers of North Jacklin, staff and six represpentatives from the Volkswagen manufacturer.                       North Jacklin had the privilege of Mayor Col Meng attend to cut the ribbon and officially open the showroom to the public.
