20 years of Sponsorship Judging by the "Oohs" and "Ahhs" coming from the crowd of Northern Beaches Primary School students, 20 years is a long time to an 8 year old.  To us, the time has just flown by and all of a sudden it's 2009 and we wonder where the time went and why the  'mullet hairdo' has made a comeback!   The Northern Beaches Primary School Track and Field Carnival is an annual event where 5 schools from the Northern beaches get together for a day of friendly competition at the Cathy Freeman Oval in Slade Point.   2009 marked the 20th year that North Jacklin has sponsored the carnival. The day takes a lot of organising - teachers and parents rush around with hats and sunscreen, tent's are erected, relays are raced and the kids genuinley look like they're having a  great time - it is a day off school after all!  Pictured opposite - Dealer Principal John Nash presents Trophy to winners  Emmanuel Primary Students.
